West Coast Journey 2016

I’ve wracked my brain for the past few days, trying to think of something to write for this post. I’ll keep it short, and let the pictures do the talking.

This trip was nothing short of amazing. Exploring the country's national parks and iconic landmarks was an experience I’ve never before had an opportunity to do. It blows my mind that this trip was planned through casual conversation with my good friend Kelly, while watching a UofL game at a bar. Before I knew it, I had my bags packed, and I was headed to the airport.

I look back at these images and feel truly blessed to have seen all the things we were able to see in just ten short days. I’m in awe of what this country has to offer in terms of natural views and beauties. I’m hooked, and am already thinking about my next trip in the spring.

Below is a map of our journey, and some snapshots I captured along the way. Head's up: there's quite a few!

Fall Shoot At Bernheim Forest: Conner Richmond

I met Conner back in April, and since then, we’ve grown to become great friends. We both share a love for music unlike most other people I’ve met, and we both relate to and can appreciate the artistry that goes into it.

We decided to visit Bernheim Forest earlier this week to do a little shoot, hoping to catch all the trees changing colors as fall set in. We were bound to get some great imagery. It was casual and spontaneous; we walked around until we found some cool spots, settled in, and took some shots. We couldn't have asked for a better day to shoot. The weather was perfect, the lighting was great, and the scenery was on point.

To Conner: I had a blast, man! I'm looking forward to our next shoot.
